Our Mission

Bay Area Pilates exist to teach Classical Pilates and other related exercise techniques to people of any age and ability in order to enhance health and well being. We will do this in a safe and sensible manner, centering around the six principles of Pilates: Control, Breath, Concentration, Flow, Centering, and Precision.
